2 Bedroom Ski in / out apartment for 6 / 7

There are very few apartments in St.Anton where you can literally ski down the piste from the front door - but this is one!  It has two triple bedrooms so sleeps 6 people. It is situated right on the slopes and has great balconies with amazing views of the mountains and St.Anton. The apartment is set out over two levels - the main apartment has a large, light living dining area with fully equipped kitchen. There is then a triple bedroom and a nice shower room. Then on the floor below there is a second triple bedroom and bathroom. There is also a ski & boot room in the basement of the building which also has a washing machine and dryer.

Kitchen

The apartment has a great kitchen equipped with absolutely everything that you need during your ski trip - hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave. All utensils & cutlery are of course supplied so that you will have all that you need to to cook great meals that you can eat on the balcony whilst looking out over the slopes.

Bedroom 1

This bedroom is a good size and is set out as a triple room. Plenty of floor to ceiling wardrobe space for all your clothing. bedside table are to the side of each bed and you also have reading lights above each bed. As you will see there is a single bed and an Austrian twin bed. An Austrian twin is a king size frame with two single mattresses and we make it up with two single duvets and pillows so it is good for 2 singles or a couple.

Shower rooms

Their are two shower rooms, each fitted with the usual washbasin, toilet and shower cubicle. There is a large mirror with good lighting in each shower room. We supply top quality large bath sheets, hand towels and hair dryers for your extra comfort.

Bedroom 2

This bedroom is on the floor below the main apartment and connects via one flight of stairs. It has three single beds with an en-suite shower room. There are good views across the slopes and to St.Anton from the floor to ceiling windows. Again there is plenty of cupboard space. 

Living area

The living area is spacious and very well appointed. It has triple glazed floor to ceiling windows allowing plenty of light in. There is a corner sofa and a HD smart TV which connect s to the internet to allow you watch Netflix. The windows are south facing flooding the apartment with warm sunlight. There is a glass dining table with seating for up to 6 people. 

Suitability for a family.

This is a great apartment for families or for those of you looking for a quiet location. The apres ski bars all close by 8pm and after this it is one of the most peaceful areas in St.Anton. Best of all is that in the morning you get the kids up and ready and then just ski straight down to the lifts or ski school. In the afternoons you can of course ski directly back to the apartment. even before the bars close noise is not a major problem inside the apartment. There is a large balcony with a table and seating giving amazing views over the slopes and mountains.

Location & Free VIP Taxi Service

The apartment is literally right on the slopes and is situated right by the world famous St.Anton apres ski bars. This makes it the ideal location for those of you here to enjoy these bars. Being situated right on the slopes means that it is a 10 - 15 minute walk to the village centre. So each evening we include a free taxi service to the village centre and back. However there are also 3 or 4 very good restaurants and bars within 2 minutes of the apartment.
